Terms of Use

Last updated October 2026. Plain language — the short version of the rules for using Via.

Who can use it

• You must be 13 or older.
• If you're under 18, use Via with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in to yourself.

Beta

Via is in beta. Features, results and limits may change, things may break, and we may reset or re-run match results as the model improves. During the beta, all features are free.

What the results are — and aren't

• Matches, percentages and bands (Likely, Target, Reach, Safety) are estimates built from public data: college rosters, admissions statistics and national results. They are not predictions, offers or guarantees of admission, a roster spot, playing time or a scholarship.
• Coaches decide recruiting; colleges decide admissions. Always confirm details (deadlines, camps, costs, requirements) with the college itself.
• The AI coach can be wrong. Treat it as a starting point, not advice you rely on without checking.

Fair use

• Don't scrape, copy or resell Via's data or results, or try to break, overload or get around the site's limits.
• Don't use Via to contact or harass anyone, or enter information that isn't yours.

Your content and data

Your answers, lists and notes are yours. We use them to run Via as described in our Privacy Policy. You can download or delete your data anytime in Settings.

No warranty

Via is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for decisions made based on the site's results or for losses from using it.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms; if we make a big change we'll note it on the site. We may suspend accounts that break these rules. You can stop using Via and delete your account anytime.
